Manso de Velasco Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium Chilean red wine made from ungrafted vines over 100 years old, grown in the Curicó Valley. Deep ruby in color with violet hues, it offers an elegant and complex nose of ripe blackberries, cassis, and dark cherries, layered with notes of tobacco, cedar, dark chocolate, and subtle spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with silky tannins and rich dark fruit flavors balanced by well-integrated oak and a touch of minerality. Aged for up to 24 months in French oak barrels, this wine has a long, persistent finish and excellent aging potential. It pairs beautifully with grilled meats, lamb, aged cheeses, and robust dishes.
