The Macallan Harmony Collection Jing is a limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky created by The Macallan in collaboration with JING Tea. Inspired by the rare Phoenix Honey Orchid oolong tea, this expression combines rich fruit, floral honey, citrus, and toasted oak notes with a refined tea-like finish. Matured primarily in sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks, the whisky delivers a smooth and elegant profile with layers of peach, apricot, toffee, and spice. Part of the sustainable Harmony Collection series, the packaging is crafted using recycled tea leaves, celebrating craftsmanship, flavor, and environmental innovation
