The Txakoli Katxiña is made from 100% Hondarrabi Zuri in the D.O. of Getariako Txakolina. After a gentle pressing and following fermentation, the wine is aged for 4 months in tank on its lees before early bottling. This Txakoli is light in color and body, fresh and vibrant with wonderful white orchard fruits and a zesty acidity. A perfect wine for charcoal grilled fish, sushi and any type of seafood, the Txakoli Katxiña is also incredibly refreshing on its own.
