Made up with old bush vines of 100% Garnacha, planted on very poor granitic and sandy soils, and intermingled with slates, over 800 meters of altitude.
Direct pressing of whole grapes, cold pressing and vatting without skin contact, white red grape juice. Fermentation begins with spontaneous yeast at low temperature in stainless steel tanks without maceration.
Bottled at 1005 density to finish fermentation inside the bottle. Aged in the bottle with its lees and then disgorged without dosage.
Natural wine, no added sulphite.
Very pale pink colour with pinkish reflections, clean, transparent, very particular.
Elegant, complex and fresh aroma, characteristic varietal notes of red fruits, strawberry, cherry, mixed with jasmine, mint and balsamic notes.
Light in the mouth, fresh and persistent, round and pleasant with an aftertaste that is also aromatic and perfumed.
