Henners Blanc de Blancs is a beautifully crafted English sparkling wine made exclusively from Chardonnay grown on the south-facing slopes of Herstmonceux in East Sussex. Situated just a few miles from the coast, the vineyard benefits from cooling maritime influences and exceptional sunlight exposure, allowing the fruit to ripen slowly and develop natural acidity and finesse. Produced only in standout vintages and in limited quantities, this cuvée showcases the very best Chardonnay parcels available to the estate. After the traditional-method secondary fermentation, the wine rests on its lees for a minimum of 36 months, building layers of texture, depth, and subtle autolytic complexity.
