Belle Glos Blanc de Noir Rosé
In France, this style of wine is traditionally known as oeil-de-perdrix, which translates to "eye of the partridge" and refers to its pale pink colour. Joseph Wagner and the Pinot Noir specialists at Belle Glos specifically grew the grapes with the intention of making this fresh, vibrant rosé. Bright citrus, tangy fruit, herbs and spice make it perfect for brunch, or salmon dinners.
