From the vineyards located in the Sonsierra. The grapes are harvested by hand and selected in the winery. The fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels. The wine is oak aged for 5 months inside the same oak barrels with its own lees.
Colour: Yellow hues with green reflections.
Aroma: Nuances of mint, lemon peel, lychee and peach.
Taste: Good balance between the acidity from the grapefruit, and mandarin skin aroma and the oak.
