Alma Atlántica Albariño , is a sparkling Albariño and Godello grape must made by Bodegas Martin Codax, it is partially fermented, thus achieving an alcoholic volume of 7% that causes a perfect sweetness to balance the acidity of these varietals. It is very refreshing, tasty, fruity and with bubbles.
Fermentation takes place in isobaric tanks in which fine bubbles are naturally created that further reinforce the sensation of freshness.
